초등반
Elementary class focuses on practicing fundamental arithmetic, fractions, decimals, percentage, and ratio. This class aims to train students to receive 99% in MAP test so that students can get into the advanced math classes in the school.
기본 사칙 연산, fractions, decimals, percentage, ratio 등을 중점적으로 연습하는 기간입니다. MAP Test를 통해 학교 심화반을 정하기에 해당 학년보다 두 학년 위 수준을 연습해야 99%를 받기 쉽습니다.
Middle 중학반
Students will practice applications of elementary Math and Algebra. It is difficult to get Exemplary grades at school without fully understanding Reading and Working. Grade 8 Math is especially important to get into Acceleration classes in high school, so we recommend students to prepare for a challenging curriculum.
Elementary Math에서 배운 부분의 심화 및 Algebra를 연습하는 기간입니다. Reasoning 과 Working을 제대로 써야 하므로 학교 시험에서 Exemplary를 받는 게 생각보다 쉽지 않습니다. 특히 Grade 8 math는 High school에서 Acceleration class로 진학을 위한 중요 과정으로 사전 준비를 통해 좋은 성적을 거둬야 합니다.
Middle Advanced 특별반
The table above shows the curriculum in which students can achieve the maximum weighted GPA. Taking AP and AT subjects add extra points to the weighted GPA. The success in Grade 9 depends on the results of the Validation Exams.
위 표는 Validation Exam을 통해 최대로 얻을 수 있는 GPA 이득을 나타냅니다. 참고로 GPA 가산점이 부과되는 과목은 AP 및 AT과목입니다. Validation Exams을 어디까지 통과하는지에 따라 Grade 9의 시작점이 다를 수 있습니다.
